We pride ourselves on being able to provide our customers with a totally personalised service that includes laminating at prices that are better than any that we know of. We use a very high quality laminate (both Matt & Gloss) which is positively acknowledged time and time again by our customers.

Many of you have met and spoken to us in our shop and at our University & Shopping Centre Sales over the years and know who you are dealing with. We are contactable by telephone, mobile phone, email or fax and welcome any input you may have that would make your visit to our website or shop more enjoyable or easy.
Our website is updated daily throughout each and every day and usually completed by 6pm AEST (Australian Eastern Standard Time).
We closely maintain stock availability so that whatever you see online with an 'Add to Cart' button is currently in stock and available for despatch barring exceptional circumstances.
Our own Customer feedback confirms our belief that NO OTHER poster retailers can genuinely lay claim to that fact despite their assurances. By the time some other businesses are trying to find the poster you ordered because they don't have it in stock, or contact you to say they don't actually have it in stock, most Posterworld customers would have already received their order.
Unlike some other poster retailers, we will not accept your order and then go and source the poster or print therefore delaying despatch. In the unlikely event that an item is out of stock (due to your order being placed before the website has been updated for the day) we will contact you immediately by either telephone or email.
